The Process

What to expect

Case Construction works directly with our customers on all aspects of your new home construction. From the initial consultation, through construction and delivery of your new home, we will be there to make your home building experience as exciting and enjoyable as it should be.

Initial Consultation

We’ll work with you to find out what you want. We’ll discuss location, home style, overall floor plan, size of your new house. We will discuss what exactly it is you are looking for, and will also help with finding you a lot.

Meet with the Architect

At this stage you will meet with the architect to discuss and decide on amenities and necessities you want. We want your new custom built home to be exactly what you envision.

Your Blueprint

Showing you exactly what you envisioned is what this stage is about. We discuss allowances and specifications for your selections (colors, trim, doors, windows, countertops, cabinets, faucets, etc.) and will prepare an overall cost estimate.

Build

This is where we excel from the competition. From getting the necessary permits, getting any municipal approvals, thru the building of your house, we are 100% committed to providing you the best possible home building experience.

Interior Design

As the built process begins, so too does the interior design phase. Knowing what your allowances are and having been given examples of selections you’ll need to make, now is the time to put it all together. As your selections are made, our designers are ensuring the proper fits and ordering parts to keep the build process moving.

Delivery

Prior to your new home delivery we will walk thru the home with you and address any concerns you may have. We are as excited as you are for you to take delivery of you custom home!!
